Jennifer Buchanon is Chief Accounting Officer for Newfold Digital. With over 20 years of financial leadership experience, Jennifer specializes in aligning finance with strategy to drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and shareholder value. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with previous Big Four experience, Jennifer's expertise spans corporate finance, M&A, FP&A, treasury, tax, Board/PE Sponsors and key stakeholder relations, and regulatory compliance. She has deep expertise in SaaS and digital infrastructure, with a focus on domain registration, hosting, and SMBs.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has helped navigate complex financial transformations, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, ERP integrations and building high-performing finance teams. She is passionate about combining data-driven insights with strategic foresight to support sound decision-making and long-term value creation.
